Registration Policies
Registration will not be accepted without full payment online by credit card, or official purchase order (School District PO’s only). Payment in full or specific payment arrangements are required prior to the event start date.
Cancellations/Substitutions
All cancellations must be requested in writing a minimum of 1 day prior to the event date to receive a refund less 15% service charge. Refunds cannot be offered for a no show at the event. All requests for refunds should state the registrant’s name and the payment amount. Substitutes are welcome to attend if event sponsor is notified in writing.
