Description:
The journey to equitable, accessible, and inclusive schools requires schools, families, and community partners to work together to achieve meaningful and lasting change. Join us to learn how the adaptive system change tools included in the Community Conversation Toolkit can be applied in various ways to strengthen your school family partnerships and provide structures and processes to build shared ownership and support the success of your inclusionary practices work.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Utilize tools to engage and partner with families and community-based partners in inclusive practices system change work
- Examine and evolve your family engagement and inclusive practices implementation processes to be equitable, accessible, and inclusive
- Understand and apply Gracious Space in your work
