Kelly Marth's Bio

Taina Karru-Olsen is a parent of a Disabled child and the Co-founder and Director of Inclusion For ALL.

​
Taina is a special education advocate and an inclusion trainer with ten years of experience in supporting students in gaining inclusive placements, in supporting and training families in special education and inclusive practices, as well as collaborating with families, IEP teams, teachers, building leadership, school districts, OSPI, and partner organizations such as TIES in designing and implementing inclusive environments and practices.

Inclusion For ALL is a grassroots cross-disability advocacy and education network focused on meaningful and equitable inclusive education in K-12 schools in Washington State.     
Kelly Marth is a School Psychologist who is in her 13th year working for the Lake Washington School District. Working in multiple schools, Kelly serves students at all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Kelly is passionate about advocating for students and supporting students and families as they navigate the special education system. In recent years, she has been focused on deepening collaboration with students, families, and educators for the purpose of conducting evaluations that provide a holistic, strengths-based picture of the individual student to inform their IEP.

​Kelly is excited to share her journey and lessons learned so far to support others in their efforts to write meaningful evaluations that support inclusive practices.
